Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Junior Associate to join our team at TheHassol. This full-time role will play a vital part in our daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
The successful candidate will assist with recruitment initiatives, facilitate employee onboarding processes, and prepare various HR documents. We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and 1-3 years of relevant experience, along with strong communication skills.
The position offers a salary range of Rs45,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month, and in-person attendance is required.
