Job Description

We are in search of a highly qualified candidate with a Master’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing customer inquiries. A strong command of reading and proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
Key responsibilities include overseeing customer interactions, maintaining data and reports, and proficiently utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with social media platforms and search engines is advantageous.
