Job Description
Muller and Phipps Pakistan is actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Manager to oversee our pharmaceutical sales team in Islamabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the performance of sales staff, establishing sales targets, and devising strategies to drive growth. Key responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, presenting detailed reports to management, and analyzing market trends to inform business decisions.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing (BBA/BS/MS/MBA), along with 3-4 years of relevant sales and marketing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector, and a proven history of achieving sales targets.
