Job Description
VapeMall is looking for a meticulous Assistant Accountant to be an integral part of our financial team. In this position, you will handle daily accounting functions, including managing expense reports, processing reimbursements, and entering financial transactions into our databases. Your role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of the Accounting department, fostering transparency and efficiency in all financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports
- Process reimbursement requests
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare bank deposits and issue invoices
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years in accounting or finance, bookkeeping expertise, and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
