Job Description
Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field is required. Relevant international education certifications are also essential.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in training and development, preferably within the educational sector.
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering impactful training programs and workshops.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs.
- Conduct training sessions for educators and assessment teams.
- Assess program effectiveness and ensure alignment with curriculum standards.
