Job Description
We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our team at DHL. The successful candidate will manage inventory using our SAP-based warehouse management system, ensuring accurate oversight of stock levels and efficient coordination among various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receiving, issuance, storage, and precise maintenance of stock records.
- Prepare inventory adjustment reports and collaborate with customers and warehousing.
- Conduct both internal and external inventory audits.
- Perform cycle counts and month-end stock counts as needed.
- Address customer complaints and maintain logs.
- Ensure timely inventory valuation and oversee packing and unpacking processes.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehousing.
- Intermediate degree in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Excellent management and interpersonal skills.
