Job Description
We invite applications for the position of Customer Experience Specialist to join our dedicated Customer Service team at Ibex. In this pivotal role, you will represent our brand by delivering outstanding support and ensuring a seamless customer experience across various platforms, including email, chat, and social media.
Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, identifying challenges, and working collaboratively with internal teams to improve the customer journey. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
This position is full-time with a contract duration of 6 months, offering a competitive salary between Rs75,00.00 and Rs100,00.00 per month.
