Job Description
Lisam Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to enhance our dynamic team located in Shahra e Faisal, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate agent performance by monitoring the quality of inbound calls.
- Provide constructive feedback aimed at continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and company policies.
- Identify and recommend areas for process optimization to improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in inbound or outbound call center campaigns.
- Experience in telecom campaigns is preferred.
Job Details: Full-time position from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday. Salary: Rs50,00 – Rs70,00 per month.
