Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their trust and satisfaction.
- Oversee onboarding processes and facilitate client transitions.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and feedback sessions.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and CMS regulations.
