Job Description
QueryTel is looking for a Cold-Calling and Lead Generation Expert with a focus on the North American market to help generate qualified leads. As the initial point of contact for prospective clients, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to businesses in the U.S. and Canada.
- Assess client needs and effectively pitch appropriate IT services.
- Document call outcomes and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with North American sales representatives.
- Provide weekly reports on performance and lead conversion rates.
Key Requirements: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in cold calling or B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of North American sales culture are essential.
