Job Description
DigiTechIO LLC is seeking a skilled Senior HR Operations Executive to oversee daily HR functions and effectively address employee concerns. The selected candidate will be responsible for enforcing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring streamlined internal operations.
Key Responsibilities: Include attendance management, grievance resolution, maintenance of employee records, compliance with labor laws, payroll processing, onboarding, policy enforcement, and organizing employee engagement activities.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of HR operations experience, comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, and exceptional communication skills.
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Salary: Rs. 40,00 – Rs. 60,00 (commensurate with experience)
