Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory and Office Asset Coordinator to manage inventory, office assets, and store operations. Duties include maintaining tagged asset records, processing Goods Receipt Notes, handling check-in/check-out procedures, monitoring stock levels, conducting counts and reconciliations, coordinating vendors, and supporting procurement.

• Qualifications: BA in Business, Commerce, or Supply Chain; 1–2 years’ experience in administration, inventory, or procurement.
• Skills: strong Excel and Google Sheets proficiency, familiarity with basic inventory systems, excellent organization, attention to detail, and clear communication.
