Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to develop client relationships, manage full-cycle recruitment, and drive revenue growth for US-based staffing engagements. The role involves identifying and engaging clients, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring compliance with hiring regulations.
- 2–5 years’ experience in staffing or sales with consultative selling skills
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and strong written and verbal communication
- Target-oriented, organized, and able to work independently; bachelor’s degree preferred
