Job Description
We are looking for both fresh and experienced International Callers to provide outbound call services to our U.S. clients. This role is perfect for individuals who have strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Requirements:
- Outstanding spoken and written English skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Sales-driven with the ability to overcome objections and successfully close bookings.
- Proficient in MS Office and call center software, such as Zendesk and Salesforce.
- Able to excel in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.
Education: A bachelor’s degree is mandatory. Compensation includes a salary of up to Rs40,00.00 per month, alongside uncapped commissions and incentives.
